Mesh for software companies

Get your software on Microsoft Marketplace sooner, and selling once it’s there

For software development companies selling SaaS on Microsoft Marketplace. Mesh drafts the offer, checks the listing before certification does, and tells you why a submission is stuck.

We publish Mesh and Voiceprint on Marketplace ourselves. The product wasn’t what held us up. The offer was: plans and prices, listing copy, certification findings, and the landing page, webhooks and metering behind the Buy button. Mesh does that work from chat, against your own Partner Center account.

What you get done

From draft offer to paid order

Ask in Microsoft 365 Copilot or Claude. Mesh works in your own Partner Center seller account and asks before it submits or publishes anything.

Find out why an offer isn’t live

Mesh lists every offer with its publish state, then shows the certification findings on a failed submission and which of them block it.

Ask: “Which of our Marketplace offers aren’t live, and what’s blocking each one?”

Fix the listing before Microsoft sees it

Mesh checks the draft against Microsoft’s certification rules and the things that have failed our own submissions, so you fix them before you submit.

Ask: “Check our SaaS listing against the certification rules before we submit.”

Draft the offer from chat

Describe the plans and prices. Mesh drafts the offer, plans and listing in Partner Center for you to review, then submits it when you say so.

Ask: “Draft a SaaS offer with monthly and annual plans in AUD for me to review.”

Price one customer’s deal

Create a private offer for one customer’s billing account, as a discount or a fixed price. Mesh publishes it once you approve.

Ask: “Create a private offer for Contoso at 15 percent off for 12 months.”

Chase offers the customer hasn’t accepted

See every private offer with its state, dates and pricing, and withdraw one before it’s accepted.

Ask: “Which private offers haven’t been accepted yet?”

See what Marketplace paid you

Billed sales, orders and payouts for each offer and each customer.

Ask: “What did each offer bill last quarter, and what’s been paid out?”

What is in it

What Mesh does for a Marketplace publisher

Everything runs against your own seller account. Mesh can’t see another publisher’s offers, and Lucid can’t see yours.

Offers and certification

Get an offer from draft to live without working through the Partner Center wizard page by page.

  • Every offer with its publish state: live, preview, draft or failed
  • Certification findings on each submission, and which ones block it
  • Submissions that have sat in review too long
  • Offers, plans, prices and listing copy drafted for you to review before submit
  • The listing checked against certification rules before Microsoft checks it

Private offers

Price a deal for one customer from chat, and follow it until they accept.

  • A discount or a fixed price for one customer’s billing account
  • Customer, CSP and multiparty private offers listed with state, dates and pricing
  • Withdraw a customer offer before it’s accepted
  • Nothing publishes until someone approves it

SaaS fulfilment

The landing page, webhooks and metering we run our own offers on, deployed in your Azure subscription.

  • Landing page that resolves and activates the subscription
  • Webhook endpoint for plan changes, suspensions and cancellations
  • Metering for your usage dimensions, with what Microsoft accepted and rejected
  • Deployed with Bicep and managed identity, with no keys to look after

Selling through Microsoft

Know where you stand in Frontier Accelerate for Marketplace and what Marketplace has paid you.

  • Azure IP co-sell eligibility, and whether customers see your offer as Azure benefit eligible
  • Which Frontier Accelerate stage you’re in
  • Billed sales, orders and payouts by offer and by customer

How it works

From idea to first order

  1. Connect Partner Center

Connect your own Partner Center app. Mesh only reaches your seller account.

  2. Draft the offer

Describe the plans and prices, and review the draft Mesh writes.

  3. Check and submit

Fix what the listing check finds, then approve the submission.

  4. Sell

Send private offers, follow acceptance, and watch billed sales and payouts.

Questions

Common questions

Who is this for?
Software development companies, which is Microsoft’s name for what it used to call ISVs, selling on Microsoft Marketplace. That includes MSPs that publish their own app or managed service.
Does Mesh submit offers without me?
No. Mesh drafts and checks. You approve before anything goes to certification or a private offer reaches a customer.
Can Mesh guarantee certification or co-sell?
No. Microsoft certifies offers and decides co-sell eligibility. Mesh checks your listing against the published rules first, so fewer submissions come back.
Which plans include it?
Mesh for MSPs, in every band. You need your own Partner Center connection. The SaaS fulfilment runs in your own Azure subscription; talk to us about setting it up.
