Find the funding before you quote
Share a draft scope or an Azure calculator export. Mesh lists the Microsoft engagements it qualifies for and estimates what each one pays.
Ask: “Which Microsoft incentives does this Copilot rollout qualify for?”
Mesh for MSPs
Mesh helps you design, submit and claim Microsoft incentives. It shapes the solution around your distributor margin, Microsoft’s CSP incentives and the designation or specialisation you’re working toward, then writes the SOW so the project produces the evidence Microsoft asks for.
We don’t just take an SOW you’ve already written and make it claim-ready. Tell Mesh what the customer needs and it finds the Microsoft engagements that fit, checks them against your own specialisations and Pax8 prices, and writes the scope, deliverables and customer obligations each engagement’s rules call for. Your own team prepares the claim with Mesh and submits it in Partner Center, so you don’t pay a consultant or a claims service to do it, or give them a cut of the funding. Payouts are estimates, and funding is always subject to Microsoft’s approval.
What you get done
Ask in Microsoft 365 Copilot or Claude while you scope. The answers come from your own Partner Center and Pax8 accounts and the quotes you already keep, and Mesh only sees what you can see.
Share a draft scope or an Azure calculator export. Mesh lists the Microsoft engagements it qualifies for and estimates what each one pays.
Ask: “Which Microsoft incentives does this Copilot rollout qualify for?”
Mesh tells you how far the deal is from the next funding band, and which partner requirements you already meet.
Ask: “What would move this Azure migration into the next funding band?”
Tell Mesh what the customer needs. It finds the Microsoft engagements that fit, checks your Pax8 margin and CSP incentives, and maps the work to the designation or specialisation you’re working toward. The SOW it writes carries the scope, deliverables and customer obligations Microsoft’s rules ask for, so the evidence builds as the project runs and your team picks up the skills along the way.
Ask: “Design a Fabric engagement for this customer that qualifies for funding and counts toward our Data and AI specialisation.”
Mesh reads a statement of work and flags anything that would disqualify the claim, like an excluded activity or fees that don’t line up with the funding.
Ask: “Check this SOW against the incentive it is meant to claim.”
Mesh lists the deals you closed in the last year, so you can check each one against the incentives it qualified for.
Ask: “Which of last year’s closed deals should we check for unclaimed funding?”
Mesh gives a low-to-high estimate of the CSP reseller incentives your Pax8 billing should attract this quarter.
Ask: “What should our CSP reseller incentives pay this quarter?”
See partner and retail prices from Pax8 and Partner Center side by side. Set a customer’s Pax8 price as a flat rate or a discount off retail, and check the dry run before it applies.
Ask: “Show me what this customer would pay at retail less our standard discount.”
What is in it
Mesh reads and suggests. It doesn’t file claims, and a price only changes once someone approves it.
Mesh reads Microsoft’s current Commerce Incentives catalogue, including the Frontier Accelerate engagements and the CSP incentives for Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 and Azure.
When Mesh drafts a quote, an opportunity, a private offer or an Azure cost estimate, it checks the funding at the same time.
See what you pay and what you charge side by side, and set each customer’s price yourself rather than leaving the default.
How it works
Describe the work in chat, or share the draft scope or the Azure estimate.
Mesh lists the engagements it qualifies for and how far it is from the next band.
Draft the quote in Mesh or the tool you already use. The funding check runs alongside it.
Before the customer signs, Mesh flags anything that would disqualify the claim.
