## Led by someone who has run SAP programs

Luke Keddie heads SAP Services at Lucid Labs. He has spent more than 17 years leading business and technology transformation across utilities, critical infrastructure, defence and supply chain — the last seven directing SAP programs.

At Powerlink Queensland he directed a multimillion-dollar digital portfolio spanning SAP S/4HANA, supply chain, field mobility, cloud and enterprise data, after managing the move from SAP ECC to S/4HANA on Microsoft Azure — a program nominated for multiple SAP Best Run Awards. He has since established and mobilised a state-owned energy utility’s SAP RISE transformation, from Board investment case and commercial negotiations through to integrated PMO and delivery.

His focus is the front end of a program: turning an investment case into the governance, commercial model, partner structure and plan that let delivery start with confidence. He is a PRINCE2 and MSP practitioner, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a Prosci certified change practitioner.

The practice is sponsored by Mark Pozdena, Chief Operating Officer, so every SAP engagement has a senior executive accountable for it — with specialist delivery teams doing the work, and someone at the top you can call.
