# Sitrep for GitHub terms of use

These terms apply to your use of Sitrep for GitHub, supplied by Lucid Labs Pty Ltd.

## Licence

Sitrep is licensed to you, not sold. It is supplied through the Apple App Store, so Apple’s [standard licensed application end user licence agreement](https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) applies. If these terms and Apple’s differ, Apple’s prevail on the points they cover.

## Your GitHub account

- You sign in with your own GitHub account and are responsible for its use and for complying with GitHub’s terms.
- Sitrep shows only what your account is already allowed to see.
- Actions such as Assign to Copilot create content on GitHub in your name, only when you request them.

## Accuracy and availability

Status comes from GitHub and may be delayed, rationed by GitHub’s rate limits or unavailable. Sitrep shows “?” where a count cannot be read and dims stale data, but it is a convenience view: do not rely on it as your only monitoring for critical systems.

## Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer the app except as the law allows, use it to breach GitHub’s terms or rate limits, or use it unlawfully.

## Liability

Nothing here limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, Sitrep is provided as is and Lucid Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.

## Trademarks

Sitrep is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by GitHub, Inc. GitHub and Copilot are trademarks of GitHub, Inc.

## Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Questions: contact@lucidlabs.com.au.
