Multi-tenant integration for systems that were never meant to talk

Connect line-of-business systems to each other and to the ledger — mapping rules a business user can read, per-tenant isolation, and a sync you can audit line by line. One platform whether you are integrating one organisation or fifty.

## Integration work lands on the person with the least time

Every organisation of any age runs systems that were bought separately and were never meant to talk. The gap gets filled the same way each time: an export, a spreadsheet, and someone re-keying records at the end of the month.

That work is invisible until it goes wrong — a renamed cost centre, a code nobody mapped, a batch that half-posted. Then it is a reconciliation problem, and it lands on the people who can least afford the hours.

Mesh closes the gap without asking your operations or finance team to become integration engineers. Rules are written in the language of the business, not in code, and every sync leaves a record you can point at when someone asks.

It is multi-tenant from the ground up, so the same platform serves a single organisation, a group of entities, or a provider running integrations on behalf of many customers. The same mapping, isolation, and audit model applies whether the target is an accounting ledger, a CRM, or another line-of-business system.

## How it works

1. ### Onboard your systems

A guided setup connects each source and target. Where a system publishes an OpenAPI or Swagger spec, Mesh reads it directly. Credentials stay in Azure Key Vault; nothing is stored in the app.

2. ### Map the fields once

Mesh proposes mappings between the two schemas, scores its confidence, and shows the reasoning. You approve, adjust, or override — and the mapping is version-controlled from then on.

3. ### Sync and watch

Scheduled and on-demand syncs run bidirectionally with retries. Failures notify the right person with the record, the rule, and the reason — not a stack trace.

4. ### Prove it later

Every run is retained per tenant: what moved, under which rule version, and who approved it. Reconciliation becomes a query rather than an archaeology project.

## What you get

### Readable mapping rules

Field mappings, transformations, and defaults expressed so the person who owns the process can review them. No developer needs to sit alongside them to explain it.

### Schema change detection

When a source system changes shape, Mesh flags the affected mappings and rates the severity. You hear about it before the next sync breaks, not after.

### Tenant isolation by default

Hierarchical partitioning on tenant ID with role-based access on top. That is what makes it safe to run many organisations on one platform.

### Operational visibility

Run history, retry state, and per-connection health in one view. Notifications route to the people who can actually act on them.

## See Mesh against your own systems

Bring the two systems that cause the most month-end pain. We will show you the mapping Mesh proposes for them and what the sync record looks like.
